FWTA host BFA regional hub meetings

As part of their programme to strengthen ties with the British Florist Association, FWTA members are playing host to the BFA's regional hub meetings through 2008. The evenings, held on a monthly basis, give florists the chance to meet and chat over drinks and a light supper, watch a demonstration by a top floral designer and do some buying.

The first event was held at Peter H Smith in Preston where around sixty florist met for an evening of networking and socialising with a chance to see top designer Neil Whittaker in action. Since then successful meetings have been hosted by Scruton’s in Leeds, Jane Adams in Rickmansworth and J&E Page (South East) in Ashford, Kent. Future meetings are scheduled as follows:
